Artwork Deadline: Finished artwork must be submitted by November 14th, 2025.

Deadline: Mail a current business card by November 14th, 2025.

Using a Card on File? If you'd prefer, we can use the business card we currently have on file, please complete the form below with your company name and card instructions.

Reminders will be sent by mail and email starting in August.

Non Members of the CMMA

Even if you're not currently a member of the Chicago-Midwest Meat Association, you're still welcome to participate. For a fee of $100.00 per card, your card will be featured in every other month’s publication in its entirety.

Submission Deadline: All cards must be submitted by November 14th to be included.
